PSP Legal Services as collection agent

Any PSP can assign its uncollectible dial around claims to PSP Legal Services for collection purposes. We have the legal right to collect those claims using the courts.

Although the ability of dial around collection agents to use the courts has been a hotly debated topic, the United States Supreme Court has recently spoken to the issue, and determined that such a practice is legal. See Sprint Communications Co. v. APCC Services, Inc., reported as 554 US __ (2008).
